Return and Exchange Policy

 

Customer satisfaction holds great importance to us. We want to see our customers happy with their purchase. Therefore, we have introduced some great and beneficial Returns and Exchange Policies for our valuable customers. This Page contains the information about a quick and hassle free return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Customers can return their items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Read the following conditions for making your product liable for a return or exchange:


The item must be in its original condition.

The item must be unopened with original packing.

The item should not be damaged or defected.

The item should be unused.


If the above conditions are fulfilled, we’ll proceed customer’s request in a short item. If the customer requests a refund, we’ll refund the full price of the product excluding shipping price. Syze.co can charge any restocking fee if applicable. Additional charges will be made if the returned product doesn’t has original packing. Usually it takes 1 to 2 billing cycles for a refund in case of credit payment.

If any of the above mentioned fields is absent, we may delay customer’s refund. Incase the fields are filled, our customer service representative will send an email to the customer. He will mention the instructions regarding how the customer can return his/her item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items Received

Check the following carefully before the delivery agent completes the delivery.


Check the packing of the product.

Check whether the item is damaged or not.

Check whether the item is the same as ordered.

Do not dispose of the packaging box until you have been completely satisfied.


If you find that the item is damaged, mention it on all copies of delivery receipt. You should do this before taking the product from the delivery agent.

 

Customer should provide us the proof with photos of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. Syze.co customer service team will inspect the issue. We will not accept any claim after the third day of delivery.
